Trevor Releford is a REALTOR®, real estate investor, developer, and former professional basketball player with a passion for helping clients build wealth and make confident real estate decisions. Originally from Kansas City, Trevor brings a competitive mindset, strong work ethic, and leadership-driven approach to every project and client relationship.
Before transitioning into real estate and development, Trevor built an accomplished basketball career at University of Alabama, where he became one of the top guards in program history. During his time with the Crimson Tide, he earned multiple All-SEC honors and established himself as one of the program’s all-time leaders in steals and assists. Following college, Trevor played professional basketball overseas throughout Europe, competing at a high level while developing the discipline, resilience, and strategic mindset that now fuel his business career.
Today, Trevor specializes in residential and commercial real estate investment opportunities, including property flips, redevelopment projects, custom homes, and value-add investments. His background in construction and development gives clients a unique advantage when buying, selling, or evaluating investment properties. Whether helping buyers find the right home, assisting sellers in maximizing property value, or identifying opportunities for investors, Trevor focuses on delivering practical guidance backed by real-world experience.
Outside of business, Trevor is a devoted husband and proud father of two, with family remaining at the center of everything he does.
